Okay, so this is an obvious statement but many people online overlook the importance of their online reputation. It’s not just the fault of individuals either, Companies also post material without always thinking about the future consequences.
On the Internet, it’s easy to assume a difference face as you’re not in front of a live audience. So it’s easy to fall into the trap of ‘out of sight, so it can’t hurt me’.
